What You'll DoAs an HVAC Lead Installation Technician, you will be a hands on leader, leading residential HVAC installations while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing residential heating and cooling systems
- Leading installation projects from start to finish
- Supervising and mentoring installation assistants
- Ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
- Delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate job documentation and communication
- Up to $40/hour base pay
- Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually
