About the Role
In this position, you will take a lead role in installing and fabricating sheet metal duct systems on commercial job sites. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and modify sheet metal duct systems for commercial HVAC projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and job specifications
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with team members to keep projects on schedule
- Travel to job sites as needed
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
- At least 3 years of experience in sheet metal ductwork installation
- Strong ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience working on commercial HVAC projects
- HVAC training or certifications are a plus
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town projects
