The Clinical Program Manager provides clinical and operational leadership for the CHRIS Counseling Center Gwinnett location. This position is responsible for supporting high-quality behavioral health services, providing clinical leadership and staff support, monitoring program performance, driving marketing and outreach efforts, and ensuring compliance with CHRIS 180 standards and applicable behavioral health regulations.
The Clinical Program Manager serves as the primary day-to-day leader for the Gwinnett Counseling Center and works closely with the Clinical Director, therapists, clinical leadership, admissions, operations, and other CHRIS 180 departments to ensure effective service delivery and positive experience for individuals and families receiving services.
This position will provide a balance of clinical leadership, program management, staff development, quality assurance, and direct clinical support. The Clinical Program Manager will help build a strong, accountable, and collaborative clinical team while supporting the growth and sustainability of the Counseling Center.

This is a full-time position and typically works Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm but requires flexibility especially in providing resources and assistance to individuals receiving resources.
