Circa Service FL is looking for a highly organized and experienced Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader with deep technical HVAC knowledge and a proven track record of managing field teams. You'll be responsible for ensuring our technicians deliver top-tier service while meeting performance and quality standards.
Qualifications and Duties include, but are not limited to:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential HVAC service team
Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians
Monitor job progress and ensure timely, high-quality service
Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations
Assist with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and workload balancing
Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Review service tickets and invoices for accuracy and completeness
Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new technicians
Maintain clear communication between technicians, dispatch, and management
Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Stay current with HVAC codes, technology, and industry best practices

Experience:
5+ years of residential HVAC experience (including 2+ years in a leadership role)
EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repairs
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate service technicians
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Proficient with service software and basic office tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift
Location: Based in Florida, local travel required
