Job description
What You'll Do: preventative maintenance, service & repair, troubleshooting, and replacements on commercial HVAC equipment, including RTUs, air handlers, VAVs, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and controls.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience (preventative maintenance and service/repair focus)
- Strong diagnostics on commercial systems
- EPA Universal certification; ICC certification preferred
- Excellent customer communication and rapport-building skills
- Growth mindset: eager to develop skills and advance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical capability for rooftop work, ladders, lifting 50+ lbs, etc.
