Responsibilities
- Install residential split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, and commercial rooftop units.
- Lead and coordinate the work of one helper.
- Complete HVAC installations throughout the local service area.
- Perform system startup and commissioning after installation.
- Apply HVAC installation, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, and ductwork fabrication skills.
- Resolve installation challenges using effective problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with HVAC installation and refrigeration systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ductwork fabrication experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
