HVAC Maintenance Technician - Enty Level - Key Heating & Cooling Tallahassee, FL

Potential Earnings: $75,000+ annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

Position Overview:

• Diagnose, service, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform scheduled, annual, and preventative maintenance
• Educate customers about repair solutions, indoor air quality (IAQ) products, and system upgrades
• Identify and develop opportunities for complete HVAC system replacements
• Provide professional recommendations based on customer needs and equipment condition
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout every service call

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of HVAC service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience performing routine and preventative HVAC maintenance
• Ability to understand and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of airflow, air distribution, and air balancing methods
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC technical school training or certificate of completion preferred
• Valid driver's license with a safe and insurable driving history
