Sales and Service HVAC Technician
Commission-Based Target Earnings $80,000-$120,000+ annually
Albuquerque, NM Full-Time Monday-Friday Overtime and On-Call Opportunities Available

This role combines residential HVAC service work with equipment replacement and upgrade opportunities, allowing you to maximize your income while building trusted customer relationships.

What You'll Do
- Service, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Identify replacement opportunities and system upgrades
- Educate homeowners on comfort solutions and equipment options
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every appointment
- Maintain accurate job documentation and communication
- Support company goals through professionalism and strong performance

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-minded approach with confidence recommending solutions
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- HVAC trade school training preferred
