We're hiring a HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
We're looking for someone who leads by example in the field, supports and mentors fellow technicians, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and wants to continue growing their impact within a high-performing team.
PAY: Average technician earnings $100,000 with top performers $160,000+!

What You Will Do:
- Serve the Community: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair homeowners' HVAC systems efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Care: Keep customers informed about the work being done, timelines, and processes.
- Skillful Problem Solving: Diagnose HVAC issues and execute repairs with customer approval.
- Dependability: Maintain a clean, well-stocked company vehicle to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Effective Communication: Educate customers on completed work, answer their questions, and provide recommendations.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in team meetings and training to enhance your skills and technical knowledge.
