We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Manager in the Houston area to lead a growing mechanical service operation across HVAC, sheet metal, chiller, and boiler lines.

Impact

• Grow service revenue through maintenance agreements and new accounts.
• Build a skilled, reliable technician team through coaching and accountability.
• Improve margins through accurate quoting, scheduling, and resource use.
• Keep clients loyal as their primary escalation point.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily service operations: dispatch, scheduling, and customer commitments.
• Develop and close maintenance contracts across HVAC, sheet metal, chiller, and boiler scopes.
• Coach technicians through performance reviews and development plans.
• Work with leadership on budgets, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Review and approve estimates and quotes.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard service technicians.

Must-Haves

• Leadership of a commercial HVAC service department.
• Experience selling and managing maintenance agreements.
• Command of quoting, scheduling, and technician development.

Nice-to-Haves

• Chiller or boiler technical background.
• Experience with field service software.

Compensation and Logistics
