- Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM and Sundays 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility support systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic, mechanical, and process equipment.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential issues before they impact production.
- Perform equipment calibrations, adjustments, and routine servicing.
- Support installation, startup, and testing of new equipment.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and preventive maintenance records.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety, quality, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical certification, vocational training, or Associate degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience maintaining industrial equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, or manufacturing equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or refrigeration systems preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is a plus.
- EPA Refrigerant Certification is a plus but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration principles.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance records and documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work around industrial equipment throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
