3 Amigos Plumbing is seeking a full-time P2 Plumber to deliver dependable plumbing services and support job sites in New London and Windham County

Position Summary

The P2 Plumber will perform skilled plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance work to ensure systems are operating safely, efficiently, and to code. This role supports a variety of residential or light commercial plumbing needs while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.

As a team member, you'll balance fieldwork responsibilities with coordination and documentation required to keep projects on track and clients informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and related components

• Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and recommend effective solutions based on site conditions and system requirements

• Complete work in compliance with applicable plumbing standards, safety practices, and job specifications

• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, use tools and equipment properly, and support safe work procedures

• Document completed work, parts used, and job progress in a timely and accurate manner

Required Qualifications

• P2-level plumbing knowledge and experience performing repairs and installations

• Ability to read and interpret basic plumbing diagrams, schematics, and work orders

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail to ensure correct, durable repairs

• Working knowledge of jobsite safety practices and safe use of plumbing tools and equipment

• Reliable attendance and professionalism when interacting with clients, team members, or site representatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across a variety of plumbing service calls and maintenance environments

• Familiarity with code-compliant installation practices and inspection readiness

• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced team members when needed

Compensation

Hourly rate: $25.00 - $50.00 Plus Bonus
