We're looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in their work, communicates well with homeowners, and wants to grow with a local company.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
  
  
• Perform service, repair, replacement, and installation work
  
  
• Explain findings and present appropriate options to customers
  
  
• Identify additional plumbing and preventative needs
  
  
• Provide an excellent customer experience
  
  
• Complete job documentation, photos, and approvals
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area

What We're Looking For

• Connecticut P-1 or P-2 license preferred
  
  
• Residential service and repair experience
  
  
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  
  
• Professional customer communication
  
  
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  
  

Other relevant CT licenses, including P-6 and G-2, may be considered based on experience. Service Titan and residential service-pricing experience are a plus, but we'll train the right plumber on our systems.
