Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Banking Client Duration: 12+ months contract to hire Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Must-Haves: Minimum of 5+ years of development experience with Salesforce Lightning Proficiency in Salesforce Cloud Computing Experience with Agile tools such as Jira Understanding of integration efforts with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud Proficient in structured programming languages such as APEX, .Net, Java, and SOA Solid knowledge of data warehouses, multiple database platforms, and ETL processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results with aggressive deadlines Self-starter with a good aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies Day To Day: Partner with the Digital CRM Product Team to capture business and system requirements. - Support the delivery of requirements for the development of the CRM platform Collaborate with management and development staff to accomplish project deliverables Manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within aggressive deadlines Work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment Compensation Hourly Rate: $50 to $53 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
