We are hiring experienced Welders for two exciting fabrication and manufacturing opportunities in Northern Utah. These roles offer the chance to work on everything from high-end custom fabrication projects to fast-paced production welding operations. Ideal candidates will have strong MIG and TIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to producing quality work while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Openings are available for both highly skilled custom fabrication welders and production-focused welders looking to grow their careers.

Responsibilities

•Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.

•Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, schematics, and fabrication drawings.

•Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components according to specifications.

•Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.

•Operate welding equipment, grinders, hand tools, and fabrication machinery safely.

•Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

•Troubleshoot welding and fabrication issues as needed.

•Minimize scrap and rework through attention to detail and proper techniques.

•Follow quality control processes and safety procedures.

•Assist with training and mentoring less experienced team members when applicable.

•Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.

Qualifications

•Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required.

•Welding certification preferred; certification may be required depending on placement.

•AWS D1.1 certification or familiarity with AWS welding standards highly preferred.

•Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.

•Experience working in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments.

•Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.

•Ability to pass a weld test.

•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

•Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements.

Pay

$24.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule

•Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

•Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
