Lawn Mowing Crew Lead

Job Description Job Description About the Role: Parkway Lawn Service Inc is looking for a motivated and experienced Lawn Mowing Crew Lead to join our team in Minneapolis, MN! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a crew to deliver top-quality lawn care results for our valued customers. Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a lawn mowing crew on daily residential and/or commercial job sites
• Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers safely and efficiently
• Ensure quality control standards are met on every property before leaving the job site
• Manage crew workflow, assign tasks, and keep the team on schedule throughout the day
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup services to a high standard
• Communicate professionally with customers and address any on-site concerns
• Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to management

Requirements:

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance required
• Previous crew lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred
• Proficiency operating commercial mowing and lawn care equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers a required
• Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively across multiple job sites
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
