General Laborer

The General Laborer will support daily operations in warehouses and manufacturing facilities, reporting to the Warehouse Manager or Site Supervisor. This role assists with material handling, site organization, inventory activities, and loading and unloading while maintaining safety standards. The position requires frequent lifting and extended standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle and move materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing areas.
• Perform site cleanup and maintain organized work areas.
• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment.
• Support inventory activities and assist with stock organization.
• Follow safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide assistance to team members and support daily site operations.
• Perform work requiring frequent lifting and extended standing.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of general labor experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with material handling.
• Physical stamina for active work involving frequent lifting and extended standing.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
