RDF&P is seeking experienced Welders, Fitters, and Fabricators to join our growing team. We fabricate structural steel, custom metal products, and high-tech semiconductor industry components in a fast-paced shop environment. Pay range varies depending on experience.

What You'll Do

• Fit, weld, and fabricate steel components from drawings and blueprints
• Read and interpret welding symbols and shop drawings
• Perform FCAW (Flux Core) welding and fabrication work to quality standards
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, grinders, drills, and fabrication equipment
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules
• Qualifications
• Experience in welding, fitting, or fabrication
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong tape measure and basic math skills
• FCAW (Flux Core) experience required
• Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
