Position Overview
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading and executing customer onboarding and system implementations for Crexendo's cloud telecom solutions.This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that blends project management, technical configuration, and client consulting.You will serve as the primary point of contact during implementation - ensuring projects are delivered on time, configured correctly, and positioned for long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new customers implementing their Crexendo system
• Develop and manage individualized project plans for each client.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Porting, and Support teams.
• Provide consultative guidance on system configuration and best practices.
• Deliver customer with baseline training to ensure successful adoption.
• Troubleshoot mid-level telecommunications and configuration issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues appropriately.
• Maintain current knowledge of product features, updates, and enhancements.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, or network technology.
• Previous project management or client onboarding experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical certifications are a plus.
Maintain a strong security posture by adhering to all company information security policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, protecting customer data from unauthorized access, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to established availability protocols, and participating in mandatory annual security awareness training.
