Job description
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience. • 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, testing, troubleshooting, or supporting complex networking, security, cloud, collaboration, or data center environments. • Working depth in at least one technical domain, with the aptitude to learn new domains quickly. • Experience contributing to technical work across product, engineering, field, sales, customer-facing, or cross-functional teams. • Ability to execute validation plans, capture evidence, document findings, and communicate technical results clearly.
