About Next Day Access

Next Day Access is a leading national provider of accessibility and mobility solutions for residential homes, commercial businesses, and healthcare facilities, delivered with responsive installation.

The Position
We are looking for a hands-on technician who has both the skills to build and a heart for helping people. This isn't just about installing equipment-it's about helping our customers stay safe and independent in their own homes. If you're a problem solver who wants to make a real, daily difference in your community, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping People: You will be the face of our company in the field. You will meet with customers, listen to their needs, and provide the solutions (like ramps, lifts, and grab bars) that give them their freedom back.
• Hands-on Installation: You'll evaluate the site, handle the physical installation, and take pride to make sure everything is safe, secure, and up to code.
• Taking Ownership: You'll manage your company truck, keep your inventory stocked, and handle the paperwork for your jobs.

We Provide

• Company truck provided for work assignments
• All required tools and project supplies
• Company-branded work attire
• Paid Training and equipment manufacturer certifications

What you need to bring:

• A "Service First" attitude: You understand that you aren't just doing a job - your work has real purpose. You'll be helping someone improve their quality of life.
• Hands-On Experience: You know your way around a tape measure and are comfortable using hand and power tools. You enjoy looking at a problem and figuring out how to fix it.
• Reliability: We need someone who shows up on time, can work independently, and has a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
