The facility delivers hands-on training in high-demand skilled trades, including Facilities Maintenance, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electromechanical systems. Their mission is to prepare adult learners for sustainable, career-track employment. # HVAC Trainer , PA What You'll Do

• Teach hands-on HVAC training (installation, service, troubleshooting)
• Work with adult students in a lab + classroom setting
• Demonstrate real-world HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)
• Track student progress and provide coaching
• Maintain a safe, organized training environment
• Reliable, organized, and professional

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience (service, install, or maintenance)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and work with people
• No teaching experience required - we'll support you

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification
