Experienced HVAC Installation Technician

$30-$40 per hour, based on experience

Spokane, WA

Full-Time Flexible Scheduling Optional 4-Day Work Week

What You'll Do

  • Install commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and associated equipment
  • Coordinate installation activities to keep projects on schedule
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and job site safety
  • Mentor and assist less experienced installers when needed
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and ensure quality results
  • Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and team members
  • Help deliver projects efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
  • EPA Certification
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Experience installing commercial HVAC equipment and duct systems
  • Knowledge of furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigerant systems
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Commitment to safe work practices and delivering high-quality installations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 06A HVAC Electrical License
  • Sheet metal fabrication experience
  • NATE Certification

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
