Apprentice Electrician - Ongoing Electrical Project

Victoria, TX Pay DOE Full-Time

We are currently hiring experienced Apprentice Electricians for an ongoing electrical project in Victoria, Texas.

This is a great opportunity for electricians looking for steady project work and the opportunity to continue building their commercial/industrial electrical experience.

Requirements

• Valid Texas TDLR Apprentice Electrician License
• Minimum 2 years of electrical experience
• Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical projects
• Ability to work safely around active construction operations
• Familiarity with basic electrical tools, materials, conduit, wiring and installations
• Ability to follow instructions, prints and direction from journeymen and supervisors
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to work as part of a crew

Typical Job Duties

• Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations
• Install and support conduit, cable and electrical equipment
• Pull wire and conductors
• Measure, cut and prepare electrical materials
• Assist with terminations and electrical equipment installations
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all project safety requirements

Pay

Pay is based on experience (DOE).

Candidates with stronger commercial or industrial electrical experience may qualify for higher starting pay.

Project Location

Victoria, Texas
