What Youll Do
Build, install, and finish custom woodwork including cabinetry, trim, and millwork.
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision
Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate clearly with team members and clients as needed.
What Were Looking For
Hands-on experience in finish carpentry or custom woodworking
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Owns personal tools and uses hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Proficient in converting between standard and metric measurements, and able to accurately calculate decimals and fractions.
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Good communication skills
Reliable transportation required
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 80 lbs)
Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, elevated surfaces, and construction sites
Comfortable standing, kneeling, bending, climbing, and squatting for extended periods
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Adherence to strict safety protocols, including wearing protective gear
Monday Friday. Occasional weekends as needed
