Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Part Time Financial Analyst to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This position requires an individual who is not only passionate about finance, but also has a deep understanding of the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial analysis, preferably within the hospital, healthcare, or medical group settings. Responsibilities: As a Consulting Part Time Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for: 1. Providing financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management. 2. Analyzing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes. 3. Developing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. 4. Supporting budget and forecasting activities. 5. Collaborating with management on the development and execution of strategic plans. 6. Providing analysis and commentary on variances and trends. 7. Implementing and working with business software including Workday, EPSI, and Workfront to streamline financial processes. Qualifications: To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst. 2. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and other computer software programs used by the department. 3. Experience using business software including Workday, EPSI, and Workfront a plus. 4. The ability to function at a high level of efficiency with effectiveness and attention to detail. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 6. The ability to perform while frequently interrupted or distracted by conflicting demands. 7. Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within a hospital, healthcare, or medical group setting. 8. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 9. A strong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. 10. The ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated. 11. Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity.
