Job Description We are seeking a Cyber Threat Remediation Analyst to join our Cyber Threat Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in threat remediation coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement and a proven ability to drive end-to-end remediation workflows that reduce enterprise cyber risk. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cyber threat findings from intake through closure. Coordinate remediation with application, infrastructure, cloud, IAM, and security teams. Track ownership, milestones, evidence, exceptions, and risk acceptance requests. Identify blockers, facilitate resolution, and escalate issues as needed. Prepare status updates and remediation reporting for leadership. Support reviews of emerging threats and findings to assess applicability and exposure. Facilitate threat applicability assessments with technology teams. Maintain remediation questionnaires, templates, documentation, and decisions. Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, playbooks, and procedures. Partner with ServiceNow teams to improve tracking, workflows, reporting, and intake. Assist with business requirements gathering and process improvement initiatives. Support workflow automation and operational efficiency efforts. Maintain dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and executive reporting. Support governance reviews, audits, compliance, and SLA performance monitoring. Contribute to maturation of the Threat Remediation Program. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years in Cybersecurity, Security Operations, Technology Risk, GRC, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, or Security Program Management. Experience coordinating remediation efforts, security findings, or risk management activities. Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work with technical teams and business partners with clear communication. Experience preparing presentations, reports, and executive updates. Ability to translate technical information into actionable business outcomes. Preferred Skills: Experience with findings from CTI, Incident Response, Red Team, penetration testing, or security assessments. Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, or CIS Controls. Experience creating process documentation, workflows, playbooks, and questionnaires. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Archer, or similar workflow and governance platforms. Ability to develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools. Understanding of enterprise technologies such as networking, cloud, operating systems, IAM, and endpoint security. Experience with automation, low-code workflows, scripting, or AI-enabled solutions.
