Picture your second-shift starting with a clear build plan, a set of blueprints, and the satisfaction of seeing raw plate become precision components for automated concrete mixing systems. On our 2nd shift team, you'll be the go-to craftsperson transforming drawings into durable parts through expert MIG and flux-cored welding, all within a collaborative, safety-first shop.

What Your Day Looks Like

You'll kick off by reviewing engineering drawings and laying out work. From there, you'll select the right welding process, set up your equipment, and fabricate in multiple positions. Throughout the shift you'll verify your work with precision measuring tools, communicate status with production leaders, and pitch in to help teammates hit quality and schedule targets.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of hands-on welding experience
• English proficiency; able to communicate clearly in writing and in person
• Blueprint and engineering drawing literacy; comfortable following manufacturing instructions
• Strong practical problem-solving with ability to interpret written, verbal, and diagrammed directions
• Solid math fundamentals, including metric conversions
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with manufacturing software is a plus
• Ability to wear required PPE and work confidently with a range of tools
• Team-first mindset, adaptability to changing priorities, and reliable attendance with schedule flexibility
• Willingness to cross-train and support other shop areas when needed
