Qualifications:
Proven Cleaning Experience: Minimum Number years of experience in commercial or residential cleaning.
Management Experience: Demonstrated success leading and managing cleaning teams.
Valid Driver's License: Reliable transportation is essential.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours and handle on-call responsibilities.
