Temporary Leasing Agent - Job Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Provide prospective residents with information regarding available apartments, pricing, amenities, and community features.
• Conduct property and apartment tours for prospective residents.
• Assist with the leasing application process and ensure required documentation is completed accurately.
• Follow up with prospective residents regarding availability, applications, and leasing opportunities.
• Assist with move-in and move-out coordination as needed.
• Maintain accurate prospect, resident, and leasing information within property management systems.
• Provide general administrative and front-office support to the property management team.
• Assist residents with questions, service requests, and general community concerns, directing matters to the appropriate team member when necessary.
• Prepare leasing packets, correspondence, notices, and other property-related documents.
• Maintain organized leasing files and confidential resident information.
• Support resident retention efforts by providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with community events, resident communications, and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the leasing office and model units are presentable.
• Follow all property policies, procedures, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable leasing regulations.
• Provide temporary coverage and additional support to the property management team based on the needs of the assigned community.
