PART-TIME FLUENT FRENCH-SPEAKING NANNY/FAMILY ASSISTANT

Beverlywood/Los Angeles

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced Fluent French-speaking Nanny & Personal Assistant to support two wonderful children, ages 7 and 8, in a structured and professional household.

This is a part-time, long-term position with guaranteed minimum of 20-hours per week, with opportuntities for additional hours on weekends, during school breaks and for occasional travel.

THE ROLE

The Nanny/Personal Assistant will provide afternoon and early-evening childcare, assist with homework and school-related needs, coordinate extracurricular activates, and help maintain a positive, organized routine for the children.

The position also includes light personal assistant and household organizational responsibilities to help keep the children's schedules and weekly activities running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Childcare & Development

• School pickup and safe transportation home
• Afternoon and early-evening care for two children, ages 7 and 8
• Homework and schoolwork, support
• Coordination of extracurricular activities, including drop-offs and pickups
• Planning and supervising age-appropriate activities
• Maintaining consistent routines ans structure
• Providing a warm, encouraging and engaging environment

Household & Personal Assistant Support

• Organize children's spaces and preparing for weekly activities
• Managing schedules, reminders, and children's logistics
• Light errands and household organization
• Helping prepare for activities, appointments, and outings
• Occasional support during family travel

Overnight & Travel Care

• Occasional overnight childcare may be required during family travel
• Overnight stays will be compensated separately from hourly childcare hours

SCHEDULE

• Guaranteed minimum : 20 hours per week
• Core schedule: weekday afternoons and early evenings
• Consistent weekly schedule preferred
• Additional hours available for:
• • Weekends
  • School holidays and breaks
  • Occasional evenings
  • Family travel

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent French speaker - required
• Several years of professional childcare/nanny experience
• Experience caring for school-age children
• Warm, patient, proactive, and dependable personality
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a structured, professional household
• Able to balance childcare with light personal-assistant responsibilities
• Safe, reliable driver with a clean driving record must have a personal vehicle with liability Insurance. Valid CA driver's license.
• CPR and First Aid certification (Preferred)
• Excellent professional references (required)
• Dependable, punctual, organized, proactive, and professional

Compensation

• $30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Minimum of 20 guaranteed hours per week
• Mileage reimbursement provided for all driving related to the children and running errands
