1st & 2nd Shift Welder

We are looking for welders for both 1st and 2nd shift. We are open to experienced welders as well as candidates who may be newer to the trade but have welding training through high school, technical school or other hands on experience.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday
  Additional hours are available with the opportunity to work up to 20 hours of overtime per week.
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday
  Additional overtime is available with the option to work 10 or 12 hour shifts.

Pay:

• $20.00 to $25.00/hour, depending on experience

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to read and work from blueprints is extremely important
• Comfortable using measuring devices, including a tape measure
• GMAW/MIG welding experience with .035 and .045 wire preferred
• Able to troubleshoot and work through problems
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic
• Able to communicate and work well with others
• Willingness to learn and continue developing your welding skills

Experience

• We are open to different experience levels. Previous production or manufacturing welding experience is a plus, but we will also consider entry level candidates with welding education or training through a technical school or high school program.

Pay will be based on your welding experience, training and overall skill level.
