Position: Chemicals Safety for Redteaming
Type:Contract
Compensation:$65-$75 per task
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Write challenging single-turn prompts in chemistry, labeled as benign, dual-use, or adversarial.
- Evaluate model responses against defined policy standards to ensure correct handling.
- Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses.
- Judge the calibration of prompts, distinguishing between mechanism and procedure.
- Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Hands-on experience in synthesis, analytical chemistry, or chemical safety.
- Strong technical writing skills with a clear rationale for judgments.
Preferred
- Experience in AI evaluation or red-teaming.
- Backgrounds in Chemical Defense Research, Synthetic/Process Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Hygiene, or Forensic/Toxicological Chemistry.
