As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our community! From creating first impressions, to building relationships, and driving leasing success, your day-to-day will include:

• Connecting with prospective residents by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and showcasing everything our community has to offer.
• Delivering personalized, engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and value.
• Building local partnerships and executing outreach marketing to generate traffic and referrals.
• Supporting and contributing to social media marketing efforts to promote the community and engage prospective residents.
• Guiding applicants through the leasing process, from application to approval.
• Verifying application details and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Helping the team meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Conducting market research and contributing ideas to enhance marketing strategies.
• Supporting team operations, including occasional overtime when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven leasing and/or sales experience.
• Senior living experience? That's a big plus.
• A confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to overcome objections.
• Proven ability to create and manage engaging social media marketing content
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for results.
