Job description
The Quality of Care Auditor/Trainer supports the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of Embrace Life Services programs throughout Arizona. This companywide position reviews services provided through HCBS, group homes, day programs/DTA, therapy services, and supporting administrative departments. The position conducts program audits, reviews documentation, investigates quality-of-care concerns, provides employee training, identifies service gaps, and monitors corrective actions through completion. This position works closely with program directors, executive leadership.
