Passport BMW is seeking a full-time BMW Automotive Service Manager in Suitland, MD to lead service department operations and ensure an exceptional client experience. In this leadership role, you will direct daily operations, coach a high-performing technical team, and uphold white-glove customer service standards in accordance with factory specifications. Top candidates must have at least five years of franchise automobile dealership management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a commitment to high-line service excellence. Compensation & Benefits Starting Compensation: $150,000 base starting point
