Job description
The Pool Technician Trainer is responsible for training and developing all pool service technicians at Nabors Pools. This role will primarily focus on training new hires to ensure they have the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to perform their job successfully and provide excellent service to our customers. When there are no new hires in training, the Trainer will work with existing Service Level 1, Service Level 2, and Lead Technicians to improve their technical knowledge, service quality, efficiency, and readiness to advance within the company. The goal of this position is to create confident, knowledgeable technicians and maintain consistent service standards across the entire team.
