Additionally, this position leads and directs activities of project teams that vary based upon project size. Principal Account Abilities Develop and maintain project estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts. Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments to support decision-making. Prepare detailed scopes of work, schedule projections, and resource plans. Collaborate with estimating teams to validate bid proposals and cost breakdowns. Manage vendor contracts, change orders, and procurement activities with strong financial oversight. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure transparency and smooth project execution.
