ServiceNow Architect

WWT seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, build, and govern scalable solutions on the Now Platform. This role owns end-to-end platform architecture, builds custom scoped applications, and partners closely with business, development, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions that scale across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities • Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. • Design and build custom scoped applications on the Now Platform, including data models, workflows, UI Builder pages, and App Engine Studio experiences. • Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server to connect ServiceNow with third-party systems. • Manage source control for ServiceNow development using GitHub, including branching strategies, merging, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines to support safe, repeatable scoped application migrations across dev, test, and production instances. • Establish platform governance: update set and application scope management, upgrade-safe design, performance tuning, and security best practices. • Partner with business stakeholders, developers, admins, security, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into scalable technical designs. • Lead architecture review boards, mentor developers and admins, and drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices across distributed teams. • Own CMDB and CSDM strategy, including data model governance across the platform
