Job description
We are seeking an experienced Wire and Ram EDM Programmer/Operator to join our precision parts manufacturing team. Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate Wire EDM and Ram (Sinker) EDM machines. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements. Produce complex, tight-tolerance precision metal components. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections prior to bring to quality department. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Maintain quality and production documentation. Qualifications: 3+ years of Wire EDM and/or Ram EDM experience. Ability to independently program, set up, and operate EDM equipment. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Experience with precision machining preferred.
