Position: Agentic AI Developer / Engineer Duration: 12+ months - contract Location: Newark, CA (Onsite) JOB DESCRIPTION SKILLS NEEDED : Production LLM application experience agent frameworks tool calling orchestration and model routing Not prompt engineering alone Retrieval augmented generation at production quality chunking hybrid retrieval grounding and citation Guardrail design content policy promptinjection and jailbreak resistance PII handling refusal behaviour Strong Python cloudnative services on AWS able to own architecture and engage directly with business and legal stakeholders Skills Mandatory Skills : AI Governance & Compliance, AI platform engineering, Business analysis & change
