Job description
The Expert ETL Developer serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, implementing, refining, and supporting complex ETL pipelines, data integration workflows, and transformation logic in support of enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational decision-making. This role is expected to be architecturally minded and capable of designing scalable, automated, and performance-optimized data solutions that support current and emerging workload across business lines. The Expert ETL Developer must understand data modeling, source-to-target mapping, business rule implementation, upstream and downstream impacts, and enterprise data governance considerations. This position works closely with Data Analysts, Power BI Developers, Power Apps Developers, Technical Project Managers, Scrum Masters, testers, technical writers, and Government stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable technical solutions. The role also contributes to technical planning, ROM development, task breakdowns, documentation, and identification of risks, dependencies, and efficiencies to support disciplined and predictable delivery.
