Production Painter Job Description Temp to Hire Hourly Wage as of 9/28/2026: $19.00 to $21.00 depending on experience Painting parts in clean well-lit paint booth. Must wear 3M respirator; will be provided. Experience with commercial spray painting. Water based wet paint preferred. Knowledge of paint prep, including light metal work and Bondo Experience in autobody paint shop ideal but on the job training available Maintain paint room and supplies in safe and organized manner. Ability to mix tints a plus. Self-motivated and production oriented. Works well with others. Supervisory skills a plus. Hour M-F 7:00 am to 3:30. Overtime available. Transportation to and from required. Location is on CT bus line.
