HRT is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications, public-facing websites, and custom business solutions. This position requires hands-on software development experience across modern web technologies, CMS platforms, databases, and server environments. The successful candidate will work closely with Digital Services & Web Development staff, analysts, designers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality web solutions that meet business requirements and provide excellent user experiences. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to independently manage assigned projects, follow established development processes, participate in code reviews, and maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle.
