Financial Cash Control Supervisor

Job Description: This leadership role requires oversight and management for the Financial Cash Control team that is responsible for financial requests from the client, providers, and members. All financial requests are tracked in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, adjustments are posted to the MMIS Accounts Receivable subsystem, and claim adjustments are coordinated with claims processing. Additionally, the leader manages provider enrollment in the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) service, as well as financial correspondence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum six years of financial, accounts receivable/payable, and/or healthcare consulting experience. Minimum three years of leadership experience. Experience working with business processes, and associated information technology applications. Experience working with application delivery, management structures and reporting procedures.
