DOCUMENT CONTROL CLERK Location: Corona, CA Job Type: Full-Time Schedule 7AM-4PM $20-$23 Position Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Clerk to maintain and manage manufacturing, engineering, and quality documentation. This position will ensure documents are accurate, properly controlled, organized, and readily accessible to authorized personnel. Responsibilities: Maintain controlled documents, records, drawings, specifications, and quality documentation. Enter, update, scan, file, and distribute documents. Track document revisions and ensure current versions are available. Support Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams with document retrieval and recordkeeping. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Assist with audits, inspections, and document requests. Follow company procedures for document control, confidentiality, and record retention. Qualifications: Bachelorâ s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Quality, or a related field required. 1+ year of administrative, document control, manufacturing, or records-management experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong data-entry and recordkeeping skills. Manufacturing or aerospace experience is a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills. KPG123
