UX Designer / Product Experience Designer (Design, Content, and Marketing focus)

Job Title : Senior UX Designer (Figma & Design Systems) Position Overview Shape intuitive, data-informed digital experiences by combining strong design craft with strategic thinking. This opportunity is ideal for a senior UX designer who enjoys creating scalable design systems, collaborating across teams, and bringing together user experience, content, and emerging AI-driven UX practices. What You'll Do Create high-quality UX designs using Figma. Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems. Apply SEO and AIEO principles within the user experience. Use data analysis and testing to validate and improve design decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and build strong working relationships. Lead strategic design discussions and identify connections across initiatives. Manage multiple workstreams while ensuring quality and timely execution. Present design concepts and communicate ideas through compelling storytelling. Required Qualifications Strong UX/XD design craft with an eye for visual design and content. Proficiency in Figma. Experience with Design Systems. Knowledge of SEO and AIEO. Experience with data analysis and UX testing. Strong strategic collaboration and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of AI and emerging UX trends. Experience facilitating design thinking workshops. Marketing mindset applied to user experience design.
