We are interviewing to immediately hire in support of a Long-Term, On-Going, SAP Retail and Point Of Sale Process Improvement Work, supporting DoD/DoW.

1) PRICE AND PROMOTION PLANNING FUNCTIONAL ANALYST
Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective price and promotion planning strategies using SAP S/4HANA.
Configure and optimize SAP Merchandising and SAP Retail modules to support business objectives.
Analyze current pricing and promotional processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices.
Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA functionalities related to retail pricing and promotions.
Perform functional configuration and customizing across pricing and promotion processes.
Lead blueprint / Fit-to-Standard sessions and author requirements and functional specifications (FS).
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of pricing and promotion solutions.
Support SIT/UAT execution, including test preparation, defect triage, and resolution.
Support end-users through training, troubleshooting, and ongoing system enhancements.
Perform program management support tasks such as status reporting and work plan maintenance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SAP Retail/RIS functional analysis, S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions (PMR, OPP, and Condition Contract Pricing highly preferred), Price calculation and margin logic, Regular and promotional price planning, Condition technique, POS outbound pricing, SAP functional configuration and customizing, Business-process design, blueprint / Fit-to-Standard, and requirements/FS authoring, on/in a US DoD/Dow enterprise systems.
2) SAP INTEGRATION DEVELOPER
Incorporate a combination of SAP BTP or CPI integration skills and modern API frameworks to enable system-to-system communication, data exchange, and integration.
Provide frequent knowledge transfer of best practices and modern, standard API integration techniques.
Support integration requirements and feasibility assessments, participate in large systems and subsystem planning, ensure adherence to schedules, and develop technical integration documentation.
Develop and support S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions (PMR/OPP, Condition Contracts), price calculation and margin logic, and POS outbound pricing.
Deliver SAP integration and data conversion using SAP BTP / CPI / Integration Suite, IDoc/OData/APIs, and LSMW/LTMC/Migration Cockpit, with sound interface design.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SAP BTP or CPI system integration experience, S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions (PMR/OPP, Condition Contracts), condition technique, and POS outbound pricing, SAP integration and data conversion, and interface design (SAP BTP / CPI / Integration Suite, IDoc/OData/APIs, LSMW/LTMC/Migration Cockpit), and interface design
3) SAP Mid-DEVELOPER Supplier Portal
Collaborate with the functional team to understand development requirements.
Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to recommend the technical approach for each requirement.
Develop programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations.
Develop quality technical solutions per development standards, unit test, and document test results.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SAP development, S/4HANA implementation, S/4HANA architecture, SAP's "Clean Core" methodology, and the extensibility concept, new ABAP features and RESTful Application Programming (RAP) concepts.
3) SAP ABAP DEVELOPER
Translate business-area customer information into detailed enterprise application design.
Interact with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations.
Develop programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations.
Develop and enhance S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions (PMR/OPP), including price calculation and margin logic, regular and promotional price planning, and condition technique.
Build POS outbound pricing and update pricing routines/user exits.
Perform SAP ABAP/RAP development (OO-ABAP, CDS views, OData/Fiori), enhancements (BAdI/user-exits), and S/4HANA extensibility.
Ensure pricing works end to end via IDoc/interfaces.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SAP ECC development, S/4HANA Retail pricing and promotions (PMR/OPP), condition technique, and POS outbound pricing, SAP ABAP/RAP - OO-ABAP, CDS views, OData/Fiori, BAdI/user-exits, and S/4HANA extensibility.
4) S/4 HANA SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Design and deliver technology architecture tailored to a platform, product, or specific engagement, defining solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability requirements.
Assess complex business needs and translate them into effective, forward-looking technical strategies aligned to organizational goals.
Perform software installations and operating system upgrades; install, configure, and maintain operating systems on workstations and servers.
Monitor and tune system parameters to achieve optimum performance.
Ensure data integrity of servers and workstations by implementing disaster recovery procedures.
Implement standard operating procedures and maintain a comprehensive database of hardware and software configuration and supporting documentation.
Provide assistance to users in accessing and using business systems, and provide supervision and assignments to System Administrators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, performance optimization, and optimal functionality across the SAP landscape.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SAP HANA performing system administration, software/OS installation, configuration, upgrades, performance tuning/optimization, and disaster recovery, content
management, data governance, system integration, and cloud-based solutions, SAFe Agile delivery with Focused SAP S/4HANA.
5) TRAINING SPECIALIST
Design, develop, and maintain SAP Retail training content tailored for store level grocery retail staff. Other similar systems may also be included.
Develop instructor materials, such as course outlines, background material, and training aids.
Develop student materials, such as course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms.
Use SAP Enable Now, WalkMe to create simulations, guided walkthroughs, in-application help, and microlearning experiences.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, retail operations leaders, and IT partners to ensure training materials align with solution design, business processes, and user adoption objectives.
Support needs assessments and the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Maintain documentation and version control for training assets.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and SAFe Agile delivery, as well as Strong instructional design, communication, and facilitation skills.
