CTR Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for a Government Site in the Williamsburg, VA area. Immediate openings and urgently hiring! Recent Military highly desired.:

Generous Pay Range $29.23 - $34.32 per Hour

SUMMARY:

Performs a variety of electrical trade functions such as installation, maintenance or repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy. Work involves most of the following: installing or repairing any of a variety of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems or other transmission equipment, working from blueprints, drawings, layouts, or other specifications; locating and diagnosing trouble in the electrical system or equipment; working standard computations relating to load requirements of wiring or electrical equipment; and using a variety of electricians hand tools and measuring and testing instruments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate or equivalent with trade school diploma as Electrician or in related field. Three additional years of experience may be substituted for trade school diploma requirement.
• Minimum of three years of experience in electrical work in an industrial environment.
• Three additional years of experience if lacking trade school diploma. Journeyman Electrician license a plus.
• Prior military service a plus.
