Job Description:
Are you a dynamic and customer-focused leasing professional with residential leasing experience? We are seeking experienced Leasing Consultants to join our team and help prospective residents find their perfect homes! This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top-tier property management company in the Denver Metro Area.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and highlight community features.
• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including application processing and lease signing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, community amenities, and competitor offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Handle resident inquiries and assist in resolving concerns professionally.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE Residential Leasing Experience - Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in property management is a plus.
